Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of QUORIXTRADE on the web and in the Android app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must not use the service if doing so is illegal where you live. You are responsible for knowing the laws that apply to crypto, investments, and online gaming in your country.

3. Not financial advice / risk warning

QUORIXTRADE is not a bank, broker-dealer, or SEBI / RBI licensed investment adviser. Packages, daily ROI, referral commissions, ranks, CTF, trading, and game features are optional digital products. Returns shown in the app are not guaranteed. You can lose some or all of the funds you deposit or invest.

Crypto transfers are irreversible. We cannot recover coins sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network. Market prices and blockchain congestion are outside our control.

4. Accounts

Provide accurate registration details and keep your password secret. One person should not run multiple accounts to farm referrals. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the plan, use bots on trading, or break the law.

You can delete your account at any time (see the Account deletion page). Deletion removes personal profile data; it does not reverse completed blockchain transfers.

5. Investments, referrals and ranks

Investment size, ROI days (Monday–Saturday, Sunday off, India time), level commissions, and rank rules are those shown in the logged-in app and admin configuration at the time of the event. We may change future rates. Changes do not have to rewrite history already credited, unless required to fix error or fraud.

Referral and rank income depends on other users’ activity. It is not a salary and is not guaranteed.

6. Trading and QRX Game

Options-style trading and QRX Game are entertainment / speculative features. Outcomes can include loss of the stake. They are not sports betting licences and are not suitable for anyone who cannot afford to lose the amount they play.

House settings (including win chance) may apply to trading. Do not use the app if that is not acceptable to you.

7. Deposits, withdrawals and digital goods

Deposits are credited after network confirmation and our checks. Withdrawals may be reviewed, delayed, or refused if we detect risk, missing KYC we later require, or a policy breach.

Gift cards, mobile recharge, and similar catalog items are fulfilled by third parties. Availability and final price can change until the order is confirmed.

8. Acceptable use

Do not hack, scrape, or overload the service; do not impersonate staff; do not promote the app with false income claims; do not use it for money laundering or any crime.

9. Intellectual property

The QUORIXTRADE name, logos, and app design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy the app or resell access.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost crypto, downtime, third-party network failures, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 30 days before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater, except where the law does not allow that limit.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India have jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country says you may use local courts.
