Account deletion

1. How to delete your account

In the app (fastest): sign in → menu → Delete Account, or open Profile → Delete account. Confirm your password and type DELETE. Deletion runs immediately.

On the web without the menu: use the form on this page, or email support@quorixtrade.com from the same address as the account with subject “Delete my account” and your username. We complete matched requests within 7 days.

2. What we delete

We anonymize your username, name, email, phone, password, and stored withdrawal wallet address. We disable login and P2P send/receive. We clear email OTP codes.

3. What we keep

We keep transaction, investment, commission, and similar ledger rows under an anonymized user id. This is so team/accounting history does not break and so we can handle fraud or legal requests. Those rows will no longer display your personal identity.

Blockchain transfers you already made stay on the public ledger. We cannot erase them.

4. After deletion

You cannot restore the same account. Open a new account only if you still meet the 18+ terms. Pending withdrawals may still be reviewed by admin against the anonymized record.
