Refund Policy
1. Crypto deposits
Cryptocurrency sent to our published deposit address on the stated network is final once it confirms on-chain. We cannot reverse the blockchain. Always copy the address from the app and check the network (for example BEP20) before you send.
2. Investments and earnings
Once an investment package is activated, that principal is not refundable as cash-back. ROI, referral, rank, and similar credits follow the plan rules. They are not “purchases” you can cancel like a retail product.
3. Trading and game stakes
Completed trades and game rounds are final. Losses are not refunded.
4. Gift cards and recharge
Digital catalog orders that have already been fulfilled by the supplier cannot be cancelled. If an order fails and your wallet was debited, contact support with the order id and we will review a credit.
5. Technical errors
If a confirmed debit happened without the matching product or credit because of a platform error, open a support ticket or email support@quorixtrade.com. We may ask for transaction hashes and screenshots.
6. Chargebacks
This app does not take card checkout in-app. Any bank or on-ramp you use on your side is between you and that provider.
